Flooded Building

After this Renton commercial building flooded, SERVPRO of Renton responded to their call for water mitigation services. We arrived and begain to scope the area to find out exactly what portion of the property was affected and how bad the damage was. The crew then began to remove all the damaged materials in the affected area.  We removed sheetrock and flooring as well as baseboards and wet insulation. We then began to place our drying equipment to get the remaining areas dry. We treated the area with an anti-microbial agent to prevent mold growth and then ensured to leave the affected area as clean as possible.
